Our busy daily life is blinding us from the happiness of the world. Life is just not all about the bad news we hear on the radio or TV. It’s not all about the stress and negativity we can feel when we are in traffic jams or maybe at work.

There is happiness all around us. We just need to open our eyes to the joyful events that are surrounding us every single day.

STEPS:

  1. We’ve all played at I spy with my little eye game, when we were young, with friends or children on long road trips. If you don’t know that game, the rule is pretty simple. The first one that sees an object that matches the requirement wins. For example, one would say “I spy with my little eye something beginning with t …” and the other persons in the car would have to guess, it could have been a Tree, a Truck, etc.
  2. Now that you know the rule, put on your HappiEyes on and just say ” I spy with my little eye something happy!” Now, just find as many happy situations you can on your way to work or to school. You can play with whoever is in the car with you or also just on your own. *However please be mindful at respecting the traffic laws*
  3. Keep an agenda of all the positive, smiling, happy attitudes you have seen during the day
